Care Instructions

PRODUCT STORAGE:
Store the product in a cool and dry place. Your pad will feel wonderful
stored in a freezer. Cold preserves the oats for longer, as well as it
allows you to use Cold Therapy right away. You may always heat the
product directly after taking it out of the freezer for Heat therapy.
CLEANING INSTRUCTION:
To clean the product wipe the fabric with a damp cloth.
DO NOT WASH OR SOAK THE PRODUCT - water can make an irreversible oat damage!

How to use

Holistic MOIST HEAT Therapy:
Clean the microwave to remove any oil stains or food residue. Place
product on the clean plate. Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes on high.
Shake well after removing from the Microwave. Product may be applied
directly to skin.
Reheating the product should be done after 10 minutes minimum.
MOIS HEAT Therapy duration 20-30 minutes.
Holistic COLD Therapy:
To use as a cold pack, chill the product in the freezer in a tightly
sealed bag for 2-3 hours, then enjoy a relaxing comfort time.
Cold Therapy Duration: 10-15 minutes.
Product may be applied directly to skin.

Hello! I recently purchased the Canadian grain-filled heating pad for my dog, and I must say I am very impressed with the quality of this product. I would give it a four-star rating.

One of the things that caught my attention about this pad is that it is 100% handmade in Canada. You can tell that it was crafted with a lot of care and attention to detail. The double-layered cotton fabric also adds to the durability and heat retention of the pad.

The only reason I did not give it a five-star rating is that I would have liked the pad to be a bit larger. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I am sure my dog will enjoy the comfort and warmth this pad provides for years to come.

I recently purchased a microwavable heating pad and have been using it for a few weeks now. Overall, I would give this product a three-star rating.

The heating pad is easy to use and heats up quickly in the microwave. The instructions provided are clear and straightforward. The size of the heating pad is also suitable for various body parts, such as the neck, back, and shoulders.

However, I found that the heating pad doesn't stay warm for very long. After just a few minutes of use, the heat dissipates quickly, and I need to reheat the pad again. This is inconvenient and makes it difficult to use the heating pad for extended periods.

Additionally, the material used to make the heating pad doesn't feel very high quality. It's too gentle, soft and flimsy, and I worry about it tearing or falling apart with frequent use.

In summary, while the microwavable heating pad is easy to use and suitable for various body parts, its inability to retain heat for long and the questionable quality of its materials bring my overall rating down to three stars.

Filled with Whole Oats

Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.

This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
